CRSI

Averages three components: a short RSI of closing prices, an RSI of the consecutive up/down streak count, and a percentile rank of the recent price change. The composite is more mean-reverting than standard RSI.

Tips

CRSI below 10 on an uptrending instrument is a high-probability short-term buy; above 90 is a short-term sell in a downtrend

The short default periods (3/2) make CRSI best suited to mean-reversion strategies on liquid, trending instruments
